Slashing conditions

A registry MUST enforce slashing when any of:

  1. The content hash anchored on Sigil does not match the served bytes.
  2. An ENR-anchored auditor quorum issues a fraud attestation.
  3. The publisher's HMR is revoked.
  4. The bond holder voluntarily admits compromise (e.g. stolen key disclosure).

Refund

Voluntarily retiring an entry with no outstanding fraud reports begins a 90-day cool-down. After cool-down, the bond is released to the publisher's wallet on Sigil.
