store::memory::MemoryStore

In-memory storage backend backed by one transactional state lock.

Every mutation validates all uniqueness and CAS preconditions while holding the write lock, then publishes latest state, snapshot, event, audit, idempotency, and outbox records as one indivisible state transition.
