Federation operations

This URL is preserved from the earlier CLI guide. The current workspace does not ship a general mars client executable.

Supported workflow

Operators configure selected peers, pins, agreements, and signing. A client cannot enable safe federation by issuing an invented mars federate command. Signed peer envelopes and session-authenticated client discovery are different protocols.

Verification boundary

Run only against a registry/database you are authorized to access. The documentation app is not a registry and its MCP endpoint serves documentation only.
