snapshot, bind publisherDid and its signature key controller to the
authenticated recipient, advance the registry sequence, and omit
registry-managed verifiableAttestations. The recipient must re-sign the
complete canonical publisher payload; the owner's offer signature never
substitutes for the recipient entry signature.
